White Haven Mysteries Game Tips & Hints:
- This game has 3 chapters, with story or task scenes, hidden object scenes and mini-games.
- In story scenes you carry out tasks and pick up objects, for use immediately or to be stored in the Inventory panel for use later.
- The Inventory panel is displayed across the bottom of the screen when needed. If it is not visible, move your cursor across the bottom area to display it.
- To use an Inventory item, click on it and then click the place you want to put or use it.
- When you have completed all tasks in a story scene, the words Area Cleared are displayed at the top of the Inventory panel.
- In hidden object scenes the names of items to find are listed across the bottom of the screen.
- You earn more Inventory items by completing hidden object scenes.
- Mini-games are triggered from story scenes. The game is not linear. You may need to revisit story and hidden object scenes to complete all tasks and find all relevant objects before a mini-game becomes available.
- The objective or instruction for a mini-game is displayed when the game begins.
- You can skip a mini-game using the Skip button. You may need to wait for it to refill.
- As you progress through the game you collect vials for the Antidote you must prepare.
- The vials are kept in the Antidote Case, at the bottom left of the screen above the Hint and Menu buttons.
- You also collect newspaper clippings, which go into the Journal at the bottom right of the screen. Look at these to review details of the story, characters and locations.
- The Journal also gives information about your current tasks.
- Hints are unlimited. Click the Hint button at the bottom left of the screen, but you may need to wait for it to refill.
